Abstract: Haiti’s history challenges psychological communities to bridge African commonalities created by: language barriers, worldview adaptations, attitudes, & stereotypes.  Healing Haitian’s/African’s psyche/spirit (ancestors suffered, stolen from homes, struggled surviving enslavement, racial oppression & dehumanization) requires accepting African Centered worldview theories, research, paradigms & interventions as optimal health & trauma recovery models.
